Experience

HCA Healthcare, Inc. acquired multiple facilities in Houston, Texas from Tenet Healthcare. The acquisition included three acute care hospitals and one long-term care facility and established physician practices and urgent care clinics. The acquisition was unique due to the size of the facilities which included 423-bed Houston Northwest Medical Center, 181-bed Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital and the 444-bed Park Plaza Hospital.

Waller served as counsel to HCA in the transaction.
