Hygia Health Services acquired by Stryker

Birmingham, Alabama-based Hygia Health Services, a medical device reprocessing business, was acquired by Stryker's Sustainability Solutions division. Hygia was one of only a handful of companies globally that provided single-use medical device reprocessing services.

Waller provided healthcare regulatory, corporate and tax counsel to the executives and Board of Hygia in the sale to Stryker.
