TyraTech acquired by American Vanguard Corp.

TyraTech, Inc., a publicly-traded AIM market life sciences company focused on nature-derived insect and parasite control products, merged with American Vanguard Corp. Prior to the transaction, American Vanguard held approximately 35% of the shares of Tyratech. The transaction included de-listing of Tyratech shares from the AIM market.

Waller served as lead counsel to TyraTech in the transaction.
