Acadia Healthcare, a behavioral health and addiction disorder services provider that offers services in a variety of settings, acquired Mission Treatment Centers, a substance abuse treatment provider that operates clinics in four states.

Waller served as lead transaction counsel and also provided real estate, healthcare regulatory, employee benefits (ERISA) and tax counsel to Acadia.
