The recapitalization lays the foundation for the continued growth of IHP and its business within the residential building and remodeling markets under the majority ownership of Beckner Clevy Partners and Harbert Management Corporation.
Waller served as lead transaction counsel to Beckner Clevy and also provided commercial finance and tax counsel on the transaction.
