Restaurant chain investigated on allegations of over-service

A restaurant chain was investigated by the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission on allegations of over-service of a patron. The patron died of alcohol poisoning after spending several hours at the restaurant.

Relying on video surveillance, employee testimony and expert proof, Waller's alcoholic beverage team asserted a technical legal defense to resolve the matter favorably for the client, while entirely avoiding media publicity over the investigation.
