FFBC Operations and FFBC Real Estate, the entities owning and operating Celis Brewing, filed for bankruptcy.

Waller served as Debtors' counsel in jointly administered cases for FFBC Operations and FFBC Real Estate, the owners and operators of Celis Brewing, a Texas craft beer brewing company. Celis is a well-known brewing company and one of the first craft beer companies in Texas.
