Freehold Properties forms REIT

Freehold Properties, Inc. ("FHP") formed a real estate investment trust (REIT) that specializes in owning real property that is leased to operators of cannabis related businesses. The company closed on its initial sale of approximately $30 million of common stock. FHP is a capital provider and landlord to multi-state cannabis businesses that operate across the industry verticals of agriculture, distribution and retail.

Waller represented FHP in corporate and securities matters related to the company's formation and initial sale of common stock.
