A shopping center owner in Nashville, Tennessee was allowing multiple tenants to operate nightclubs in violation of a reciprocal easement agreement that had governed the shopping center for decades. Several violent crimes involving at least one of those nightclubs occurred in the recent past, causing legitimate safety concerns for neighboring businesses and their guests.

Waller represented a national, family-style restaurant located in the shopping center to force the owner and nightclubs to abide by the easement. Waller's efforts helped shut down the nightclubs, and now Waller is pursuing the owner to create a safer experience for everyone who visits the shopping center.
