RCCH HealthCare Partners sells two Oklahoma hospitals to Saint Francis Health System

RCCH HealthCare Partners sold EASTAR Health System to tax-exempt Saint Francis Health System. The transaction involved two hospitals with a combined total of 320 beds and affilated entities such as physician clinics.

Waller served as lead counsel to RCCH, negotiating and structuring the transaction and providing counsel on associated healthcare regulatory, tax, real estate and intellectual property issues.

RCCH HealthCare Partners operated 16 regional health systems in 12 states and was based out of Brentwood, Tennessee. RCCH HealthCare Partners had more than 14,000 employees and 2,500 affiliated physicians and mid-level providers. In November 2018, RCCH HealthCare Partners merged with LifePoint Health and now operates as part of the combined company.
