Waller represents Surgery Partners in connection with Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, Nasdaq listing compliance, corporate governance and equity incentive compensation issues. The firm has advised and assisted Surgery Partners in connection with its annual report on Form 10-K, annual shareholder meeting proxy statement, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and certain current reports on Form 8-K. Waller works with the Surgery Partners Board and executive management on governance issues and participates in Board and Board committee meetings.
