Sports construction company faces OSHA investigation after death of an employee

A sports construction company, specializing in the construction of sports complexes, fields, and stadiums, became involved in an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) investigation after the death of an employee.

Waller managed the investigation for the construction company, hired and directed consultants, interacted with investigators from OSHA and managed the mediation efforts and crises plan with the construction company's management. Waller responded to OSHA inquiries and served as elbow counsel on a wrongful death action filed by the victim's parents.
