Summit BHC acquires Peak View Behavioral Health

Summit Behavioral Healthcare, a leading provider of behavioral health and addiction treatment services, acquired Peak View Behavioral Health, a 112-bed acute psychiatric and behavioral health hospital. Peak View, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is Summit's first facility in the state.

Waller served as lead transaction counsel to Summit in the acquisition of Peak View.
