OliverMcMillan and Spectrum | Emery formed a co-development partnership in order to transform Nashville's original convention center site into a dynamic mixed-use development featuring retail, residential, office, dining and entertainment. Known as the Fifth + Broadway project, it will include 385,000 square feet of office space adjacent to a 380-unit residential tower. Additionally, approximately 200,000 square feet of retail and dining space and 55,000 square feet for the National Museum of African American Music are also included on the site, which is slated to open in 2020.
Waller represented OliverMcMillan and Spectrum | Emery in obtaining construction financing and tax increment financing from the City of Nashville.
