An insured individual was involved in a large automobile accident. After being denied full coverage from his insurance company following the incident, the individual filed a 7-figure claim against the auto insurance carrier.

After obtaining insurance coverage, Waller filed suit against the insurance agent for failure to procure insurance and obtained a sizeable settlement from the insurance broker.
