Mexican manufacturer seeks to recover contract price for 5,000 metric ton billet delivery

A Mexican aluminum billet manufacturer delivered 5,000 metric tons of billet to a Mississippi aluminum processor according to their contract. Although the processor had paid for previous shipments, it did not pay for the 5,000 metric tons. The processor refused to communicate, so the manufacturer took action to recover.

Waller adopted a streamlined, aggressive strategy to pursue recovery for its client. After the processor declared bankruptcy on eve of trial, Waller continued its aggressive pursuit in bankruptcy court.
