The Roman Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg filed for bankruptcy protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, listing assets at between $1 million and $10 million and financial liabilities of up to $100 million. Waller serves as primary debtor’s counsel to the Diocese.
