Facebook, one of the largest technology companies in the country, sought to acquire property and develop a site in Middle Tennessee for an $800+ million data center. The project included assembling the real estate property from multiple land owners and a complicated trust on property.

Waller assisted Facebook with the land purchase and development, including navigating a complex ownership structure, involving a decades old family trust and the University of Tennessee. Waller also assisted with land use, zoning, state and local incentives, along with a unique tax incentive structure.
