Sevier County Bancshares, Inc. completes $5 million subordinated notes offering

Sevier County Bancshares, Inc., the holding company for Sevier County Bank, closed a private placement of $5 million of its 10NC5 5.25% Fixed-To-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes Due 2030 to certain qualified institutional buyers and institutional accredited investors.

Waller represented Performance Trust Capital Partners, the sole placement agent, in negotiating, documenting and completing the offering.
