HCA acquires Frisbie Memorial

HCA, Inc., one of the leading providers of healthcare services in the United States, acquired New Hampshire-based Frisbie Memorial Hospital, an acute care facility and multiple outpatient locations. As part of the purchase, HCA Healthcare committed to constructing a psychiatric area in the hospital's emergency room. The transaction also involved the establishment of a new charitable foundation that operates independently of the hospital and provides substantial investments to improve the health of the community.

Waller served as special healthcare counsel for HCA, Inc. Waller provided regulatory diligence and completed the facility-related regulatory filings required by the transaction.
