Yesterday, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued proposed rules related to the Stark Law, creating new value-based exceptions to better fit the industry’s shift towards value-based reimbursement.

Waller's Jesse Neil weighed in on the new rules, stating that “Over time, (the [old] regulations have) become a barrier to providers to what today’s new environment is.”
