Mitchell elected First Farmers Board of Directors
First Farmers and Merchants Corporation, the holding company for First Farmers and Merchants Bank, announced that shareholders voting at its annual meeting elected Marlee Mitchell as a new director.
“Marlee’s extensive experience in corporate law and governance and her deep knowledge of the financial services industry will be an asset to our Board of Directors,” said T.
