Shannon Goff Kukulka was elected to the Board of Directors of Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP, the law firm announced today. Goff Kukulka is a partner in Waller’s Tax practice where she advises clients across a range of industries on complex employee benefits issues.

“Shannon has earned the trust and respect of both clients and colleagues,” said Waller Chair Matt Burnstein. “She will be a great asset on the Board as the firm continues to grow.”

Additionally, Waller announced the following changes to practice group leadership roles at the firm:

• Blake Bernard joins Bob Felber as Intellectual Property Practice Group Leader.
• Beth Vessel joins David Clay as Corporate Practice Group Leader, with Lise Morrow continuing her role as Managing Director – Corporate.
• Kristen Larremore becomes Deputy Practice Group Leader to Colin Luke and Nora Liggett, who continue their service as Healthcare Regulatory Compliance Practice Group Leaders.
• Stacy Hooper joins Sean Sullivan as Tax Practice Group Leader.
• Jonah Price and Abbey Ruby are new Finance & Restructuring Practice Group Leaders.
• Nora Katz joins Marcus Crider as Labor & Employment Practice Group Leader.
• Lida Alsobrooks joins Steve Kirkham as Real Estate Practice Group Leader.
• Bill Athanas and Drew Warth are new Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group Leaders.
