Quality Care Investors, L.P. fights, wins retaliation suit under Title VII

Represented Quality Care Investors, L.P. in a Title VII retaliation lawsuit involving a former employee of a third-party contractor providing onsite services to Quality Care. The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee awarded summary judgment to Quality Care, which was affirmed by U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.


Acquired company extricated from trade secrets misappropriation suit

Represented an office products company in a trade secret misappropriation suit that was filed against a company, and an employee, they had recently acquired. Waller successfully extricated the company from the suit.
