Represented the Sheriff’s Department of a Tennessee county in a patent infringement lawsuit regarding an electronic system to scan postal mail and eliminate contraband from the system.
Defended a toy company against allegations of trademark infringement.
Represented the patent owner, a medical computer equipment company, in enforcing patent rights related to removable battery assembly in federal court.
