He is a trusted advisor to clients facing government enforcement actions and whistleblower lawsuits brought under the False Claims Act, responding to civil investigative demands and conducting internal investigations. David's fraud and abuse experience has focused significantly on physician relations matters involving Stark and anti-kickback regulations as well as reimbursement disputes related to billing and coding issues.
