A strong advocate in employment disputes

Healthcare employers, manufacturers, transportation companies, and financial institutions rely on Brittany for representation in all aspects of federal and state court litigation involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. Approachable and easy to talk to, she builds rapport with clients as she investigates the underlying facts of employment disputes. Brittany works strategically and efficiently to help clients find creative solutions to their concerns.

  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)

  • The Tennessee Human Rights Act (THRA)

Brittany also assists employers in drafting policies, providing training seminars, and conducting internal investigations of alleged violations of state and federal anti-discrimination laws. She additionally works with employers in obtaining temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions against former employees who violate the contractual terms of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
