Kerry Henson serves clients in all areas of commercial real estate, including healthcare, retail and multi-family. She handles all facets of transactional work, including title and survey review, leasing due diligence, preparation of closing documents and closing coordination. A key team member on the management of national multi-site transactions, she guides the process in an effective and efficient manner. Kerry has played an integral role in the acquisition and disposition of well over 200 hospitals throughout the country.
She also has an extensive background in the retail industry, including the purchase, sale and leasing of freestanding sites and shopping center outparcels, and has worked closely with a large national retailer on high-volume development projects.
Kerry is very thorough and quickly spots potential issues, then finds the best solutions for the client. She has a passion for working on extremely complex or large multi-site transactions in addition to helping clients buy, sell, or lease property of all sizes.
She is known for her communications skills and for working at a fast pace as she strives for a quick turnaround to fulfill client needs.
Represented a national bank in financing the private equity-backed acquisition of up to 19 medical office buildings across 10 states.
Assisted Tri Star Energy with the acquisition of Hollingsworth Oil and its “Sudden Service” chain of convenience stores.
Represented a middle-market finance company in providing a bridge-to-HUD term loan secured by five skilled nursing facilities located in Oregon.
