Comfortable in front of a judge, jury or arbitration panel, Charley also has significant experience representing clients in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including non-competition litigation, representing numerous owners, landlords and commercial tenants in enforcing contractual obligations and lease provisions, negotiating executive compensation and severance agreements class and defending against claims of race, sex, age, disability and religious discrimination, whistleblower, wrongful discharge and retaliation. 

Charley leads two important efforts for Waller:  the Oncology Sector team through Waller's Healthcare Department and the Business Asset Protection group that cuts across many of Waller's practice areas.
