Jimar Sanders focuses on corporate and commercial finance transactions and all aspects of real estate transactions.

Jimar represents a number of private mezzanine and subordinated debt investment funds in connection with investment and lending transactions throughout the United States.  He advises corporate borrowers on all matters related to leveraged acquisitions. He also works extensively with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial real estate, construction and land development financing transactions.

A self-described "dirt lawyer," Jimar's experience spans the purchase, sale, leasing, financing and development of a wide range of commercial projects, including office, industrial, retail, commercial, mixed-use and multi-family residential projects.

Jimar is a member of Waller's corporate relocation and expansion team with experience assisting domestic and international companies in their expansion and relocation projects throughout the country. Jimar has successfully negotiated ad valorem property tax abatements, sales tax exemptions, income tax credits, grants, tax increment financing arrangements and other tax incentives.
