Experienced in private equity, M&A, and other growth equity financings

Stacey Steadman's paralegal experience includes private equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and growth equity financings across a wide range of industries. She provides direct assistance to Waller's corporate attorneys in a variety of transactions, beginning with the due diligence process through the closing of the transaction, as well as handles post-closing matters. Additionally, Stacey's transactional experience includes the formation of investment funds - including private equity, venture capital and hedge funds - and matters involving institutional and individual investors in those funds.

She also assists attorneys in the preparation of various corporate documents, as well as manages corporate records and handles annual, state, and federal filings for clients.
