Her practice focuses on federal and state fraud and abuse matters, including Stark, anti-kickback laws and the False Claims Act and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment and revalidation.  Katherine's experience includes assisting hospitals and health systems, psychiatric and behavioral healthcare providers, outpatient services providers and private equity healthcare investors.
