Danielle Johns is an associate in Waller's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice who assists clients in a wide range of commercial and contractual disputes.
Her experience includes a breach of contract and copyright dispute involving a record label and recording artist,, a breach of contract dispute involving a healthcare laboratory company and a business security system, and the defense of a bank and financial services company in estate litigation.
Prior to joining Waller, Danielle gained valuable practical experience at the Tennessee Justice Center where she represented individuals in civil litigation and administrative hearings and negotiated with state agencies, managed care organizations and healthcare providers to resolve healthcare eligibility matters. Danielle previously served as a law clerk at a Nashville firm where she gained experience in land use and zoning matters, personal injury actions and criminal defense.
