As a member of Waller's trial and appellate practice, Brenda Jones assists various corporate and individual clients with a wide range of issues, including contract disputes, general collections and litigation, property and lease disputes, real property foreclosures, employment issues, breach of noncompete agreements and intellectual property matters.

Brenda has over 30 years' experience assisting with all aspects of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings and discovery documents, E-discovery procedures, arbitration, trial preparation and support and appeals.
