Tax practitioner for transactional matters

Scott Buzzard provides tax structuring support to publicly traded and privately held companies involved in complex transactional matters. His experience includes mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures across a range of industries including healthcare, technology and financial services. Prior to joining Waller, Scott gained valuable experience as a tax associate focused on mergers and acquisitions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in New York. He also served as an intern with the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of State while attending law school in Washington, D.C.
