Matt Bryson is a partner in Waller’s Corporate Practice where he represents private companies and financial sponsors in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other investment, financing and exit transactions. Matt’s transactional experience also includes venture and later-stage equity financings, fund formation, corporate restructurings and commercial contracting arrangements.

Matt also represents established public and private companies on corporate governance issues, including counseling directors and management on the implementation of corporate governance and compliance programs, special investigations and periodic SEC reporting.

Prior to joining Waller, Matt gained valuable experience as an associate at a large international law firm in Atlanta.
