Corporate attorney focused on M&A and securities transactions

Daniel Walder is an associate in Waller’s Corporate practice where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions. His experience includes advising corporate and banking clients on a broad range of public and private transactions, both domestic and cross-border, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, high-yield and investment grade debt offerings, follow-on and secondary equity offerings, and committed financings.

Prior to joining Waller, Daniel gained valuable experience as an associate for Latham & Watkins LLP in New York, where he was a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Capital Markets Practice.

Daniel is licensed in New York and practicing in Tennessee subject to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 7, Article X, Section 10.07 pending admission to practice in Tennessee.
