Assists borrowers, lenders across industries with loans, restructurings

A member of Waller’s Finance and Restructuring group, Hannah Berny helps borrowers and lenders with a wide range of matters, including asset-based and bridge loans, chapter 11 restructurings, acquisition financing, and collections. Hannah’s clients include hospitals and health systems, banks and financial institutions, dental groups, professional sports organizations and more. 

Prior to joining Waller, Hannah gained valuable experience as a judicial clerk for the 21st Judicial District of the Williamson County Circuit Court and for the Hon. W. Neal McBrayer of the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
