Negotiates loans and lines of credit for banks, finance firms

An associate focused on financial services, Berkley Crain assists banks, specialty finance firms and mortgage lenders in negotiating term loans and lines of credit, often servicing healthcare organizations.  

Prior to attending law school, Berkley served as a public benefits specialist for Takacs McGinnis Elder Care Law for three years, where she counseled clients on TennCare Medicaid, veterans’ benefits, and Social Security benefits. She also worked as a state health insurance program counselor for the Tennessee Commission on Aging & Disability.
