IP paralegal focused on all aspects of trademarks, patents

Courtney Estell is an intellectual property paralegal who uses her more than 12 years of legal experience to assist clients in all aspects of U.S. and foreign trademark and patent portfolio management. She is also experienced in trademark and patent litigation, including infringement and enforcement proceedings. Courtney also assists the firm’s Corporate Group in complex acquisition projects by providing detailed intellectual property asset reports.

Prior to joining Waller, Courtney was a Trademark Paralegal for Adsero IP, and previously a Trademark Paralegal for Merchant & Gould P.C.
