Arianna Robbins is an associate in Waller’s Labor & Employment practice where she assists employers in the healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, and retail industries with employment disputes involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Her experience includes defending employers against allegations brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA); the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA); the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); and the Tennessee Human Rights Act (THRA).
