As an associate in the firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice, Nicholas gained extensive bankruptcy law experience serving for two years as law clerk to the Hon. Michael M. Parker, Bankruptcy Judge, and the Hon. Ronald B. King, Chief Bankruptcy Judge, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Texas. Earlier in his career he gained experience as a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Kirkland and Ellis, LLP.
