Aron Karabel is an accomplished litigator and has established a reputation among national companies as a "go-to" attorney for employment litigation. Clients in a variety of industries, such as manufacturing, automotive, technology, hospitality, telecommunications, retail, financial services and healthcare, rely on Aron to counsel them on complex employment matters and defend them in their toughest litigation. He has successfully litigated matters in both federal and state courts and before various arbitrators and public agencies.
Aron has advised, mediated and defended clients in employment matters of all types, including OSHA, unfair labor practices, non-complete/non-solicitation agreements, wage/hour issues, employee discipline, benefits, employee contracts (including contract negotiations), and workplace discrimination and harassment claims. Clients have also benefited from training programs developed by Aron on matters relating to employment policies, harassment, discrimination and other day-to-day issues faced by employers.
Additionally, Aron has significant experience in labor relations including negotiations, contract grievances, disciplinary proceedings, and administrative hearings.

Representing a Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in litigation against a national accreditation agency that withdrew accreditation from the HBCU’s school of pharmacy, one of only a handful in the United States that focuses on producing pharmacists of color.
Represented a sports construction company in litigation surrounding a former employee’s breach of contract and intentional interference with business, secured a favorable settlement on behalf of the client.
Successfully represented an international tire company in a discrimination lawsuit filed by a former employee, as well as a Department of Labor investigation, and was able to resolve the lawsuit for a fraction of what it was worth.
