Represented CRMC in a multi-year investigation regarding claims that the medical center violated the Anti-kickback Statute and Stark Law and negotiated a favorable settlement with the Department of Justice.

Representing a Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in litigation against a national accreditation agency that withdrew accreditation from the HBCU’s school of pharmacy, one of only a handful in the United States that focuses on producing pharmacists of color.
Assisted a toy manufacturer and distributor in getting Amazon to remove advertising by a competitor for products that infringed on its patents.
Representing Regions Bank in three class actions related to PPP loans pending in federal courts in Alabama and Florida and also appeared on its behalf before the US Multidistrict Panel.
Represented the toy company in a claim of trade dress infringement and copyright infringement that resulted in the defendant changing the graphics of its packaging of a product that resembled our client’s product.
