Todd D. Mauldin

Todd Mauldin is a labor and employment attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office, where he defends clients in a wide range of industries on employment-related disputes brought under federal and state law.

Mr. Mauldin assists employers in defending allegations brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

While in law school, Mr. Mauldin was an article and note editor for the Belmont Law Review.
